Shipping

We aim to have all items delivered by 3-4 business days after the purchase date.

The shipping rates are calculated on a weight basis. Below is a guide on what each charge means but please consider that these are estimations and may change at checkout.

The single print shipping charge of £3.00 covers the cost of shipping one small sized print. This shipping charge cannot be used for print sizes above 8" x 7" or framed prints.

The standard shipping charge of £5.00 covers parcels up to 2kg in weight. This charge can be used to when buying 2-4 prints or 2 framed prints. This shipping charge cannot be used for print sizes above 8" x 7".

The large parcel shipping charge of £10.00 covers parcels up to 20kg in weight. This charge can be used for all print sizes including multiple prints and framed prints.

If your order exceeds the 20kg weight limit for the shipping charge please get in contact with us and we can arrange a different courier option for you.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us inits original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately we will not provide refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage. Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 we will honour refunds for any items that arrive to you damaged/faulty if you return the item to us within 30 days. Items must be returned within this time frame otherwise the refund will not be given.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
